FAQ
Questions owners actually ask. Straight answers.
Pricing, timelines, and how the AI behaves with your customers — everything worth knowing before a discovery call, written down so you don't have to sit through a pitch to get it.
Pricing and timelines
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
An AI receptionist is just one of the agents Delvox builds, and every agent is custom-quoted — cost depends on what you automate. A single-task agent costs less than one that answers questions, books appointments, and updates your CRM. After a free discovery call, you get a written proposal with one fixed price.
Agents are sold à la carte, so you can start with the one automation that stops your biggest leak — missed calls, slow follow-up, no-show reminders, or unpaid invoices — and add more once the first proves itself. Every price is fixed in writing before work begins.
How much does a website cost from Delvox AI?
Delvox AI doesn't sell packages — every website is quoted individually based on your trade, pages, and features, and the price is fixed in writing before any work begins. Because our build process is AI-driven, quotes typically land well below what traditional agencies charge for comparable custom work. The discovery call is free.
How long does it take to build a website with Delvox AI?
Most Delvox AI websites go live in one to two weeks, end to end. A 20-minute discovery call and a short intake cover your services, photos, and offer; design and build start immediately after. Timelines only stretch when content or approvals take longer on the client side — and we flag that early.
AI agents follow a similar rhythm: configuration and testing happen alongside the site build, and an agent is monitored closely during its first weeks live.
What happens after my website launches?
You own the finished site outright — your domain, your content, your customer data. Ongoing care is optional: a monthly plan covers updates and SEO maintenance, and AI agent retainers cover monitoring and refinements as your business changes. Either way, we keep optimizing after launch and you stay in control.
How it works
What can an AI agent actually do for my business?
Whatever eats your time: a Delvox AI agent can answer calls and messages in your brand voice, qualify leads, book appointments into your calendar, send reminders, chase overdue invoices, request reviews, and follow up until a job is confirmed — 24/7. Every conversation is logged, and you get a plain-English brief each morning.
Do I need to replace my current CRM or tools?
No. Delvox AI connects to the tools you already use — your CRM, calendar, phone number, and booking system — rather than replacing them. Agents log leads and appointments into your existing setup. If you don't have a CRM yet, we'll recommend a simple one and configure it during the build.
What's the difference between a website and a website with an AI agent?
The website turns visitors into inquiries; the AI agent makes sure no inquiry slips away. On its own, a site still depends on you answering every call and following up. Add an agent and inquiries get answered around the clock, leads get qualified, and appointments get booked while you work.
That's why the two are designed as a system: the site earns the lead, the agent keeps it. They're still available separately — plenty of clients start with just the website.
What types of businesses does Delvox AI work with?
Delvox AI works with local service businesses: HVAC and plumbing contractors, landscapers, barbers and salons, med spas, handymen, and similar owner-operated companies. If your business runs on calls, bookings, and repeat customers, the same playbook applies — a fast website plus an agent that never misses a lead.
